Certificate Distribution Ceremony was organized for the candidates at ilEAD center, Karera on 23rd March 2009. One hundred candidates received iLEAD certificates in the program. Mr. Shakil Qureshi, Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Karera, was the chief guest of the program. Explaining about the SGSY Scheme to the candidates he said “Candidates have opportunity to learn at iLEAD and use their knowledge to improve their livelihood. All candidates are responsible to intimate other school dropouts from marginalized groups in their village to attend iLEAD.”

Mr. Shashi Sharma, Sales manager, Reliance Life Insurance expressed his interest to involve more iLEAD candidates in marketing of insurance products in their local area. He also interacted and short listed 20 passed out candidates for final interview for the placement in Reliance.
