The POWER OF KNOWLEDGE:
Livelihood earning is of prime importance to the youth from the poor and marginaliSed sections. But unfortunately lack of skill (more due to lack of opportunities) force them to land in petty non-progressive engagements which is more exploitative than remunerative in any sense. Aide et Action International has started the promotion of Livelihood Education programs with market oriented employability training program for youth such as iLEAD in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. More

Vocational Education in Andhra Pradesh:
It is initiated in 23 districts of Andhra Pradesh with the aim to re-orient the vocational education system in order to create sustainable market-oriented employment opportunities for marginalised youth. More
Technical Education and Vocational Training of Youth:
It
reaches out to 800 youths from Dalits, Janajatis (indigenous people), differently abled persons, HIV-infected persons, human trafficking victims, youths from marginalised communities, domestic workers and conflict-affected youths in Nepal. More
Vocational training in Sri Lanka:
Empowering youths from poor and marginalised sections with a special focus on girls, women and persons with disabilities (PWD), enabling them attain better livelihood opportunities.
