Liberate school is an action research project of Aide et Action started with an objective to enable communities and children in particular, to access any knowledge relevant to their lives and environment through non school based interactions and opportunities. Based on the learning’s from Liberate School Action Research phase which has been implemented in the state of Maharashtra with partner NGOs, Aide et Action has engaged in advancing the concepts on scale with partner NGOs since year 2006.  A new vision for the project has been evolved through series of consultations within Aide et Action as well as interactions with partners. Currently it is implemented in partnership with Yuvamitra and Lok Panchayat in Maharashtra covering 3000 children from 40 villages
